Background
I am an architect, entrepreneur, and online marketer. I am a family man with two grown-up children. I run three major blog sites where I share my experiences and expertise on these three aspects.The first blog is called "Learn and Build Bring Vision to Reality". It aims to inspire ex-pats to make an alternate plan to replace their income as a preparation for their retirement. Not everyone will stay abroad forever, and relying on salaries forever is not sustainable. There will always be a time when people have to return to their own countries. The most crucial part is that expenses will never stop, even when we decide to stop working. No matter how much we earn and take away the end-of-service benefits, they will eventually be consumed. Most people have spent so much on recovering their health.The second blog is about my profession as an architect and artist. The blogs are called "3dartrender" and "ArtistLeo" respectively. They are all about my passion for architecture and artistry. I share my journey in architectural subjects from 3D architectural modeling and rendering to architectural Design subjects, and technical knowledge in the industry. While the other blog is more about graphics multimedia presentation and skill development.

As self-employed, this is a huge capital-based business and labor-intensive. The income is very promising. You can have huge earnings, but the overhead costs are also huge. Maintaining an office and staff is a big financial concern.
Employment abroad is also promising. I have experienced having a big salary but the cost of living is also a big financial burden. Sending your children to school, renting your flat, and other personal expenses.

3dartrender is a blog about architectural design content from project profiles, 3d modeling, rendering presentations, and practices in architecture, Landscape design, and interior design.
It has been my pleasure to use this blog to share my experiences in the field of architecture. Everything that is related will be published here.

My Goal

Art is the ultimate form of self-expression, and with so much media available, presenting an extraordinary work of art requires technical knowledge and skill. With my experience and countless practices, I have gained valuable knowledge that I would like to impart to those who are keen to learn more about the world of arts. Whether it is painting or architecture, my blog will be a platform for getting ideas and inspiration for young aspirants.
Moreover, I would like to encourage people to create their own economy by developing a business mindset. By learning and building on their vision, they can turn it into reality and get more inspiration to achieve their goals.

Becoming the boss of your own life begins with a mindset of self-awareness, determination, and accountability. Firstly, define your goals and aspirations clearly, understanding what success looks like to you. Cultivate discipline by setting achievable tasks and deadlines, and holding yourself accountable for progress. Embrace continuous learning, whether through formal education or self-study, to refine your skills and expand your knowledge base. Surround yourself with a supportive network of mentors and peers who inspire and challenge you. Take calculated risks and learn from failures, seeing them as opportunities for growth rather than setbacks. Lastly, prioritize self-care and maintain a healthy work-life balance to sustain long-term success and fulfillment in your journey of self-leadership.
Having those two scenarios, I have come up with a very good road map for those who would like to consider becoming an entrepreneur. This is not Self-Employment nor becoming Employed, but rather, becoming a businessman on your own with a small start-up capital.
