What is a Pre-Enrollee?

A Pre-Enrollee is a person who have no money at the moment but is interested to join very soon. As a pre-enrollee, we would like to give you the opportunity to reserve your spot in our Binary System so that your position will be reserve. We will be placing a cut-off every Thursday night to give you the chance to register as full member and All the people that pre-enrolled and have become paid member as well, they will be placed under you and those who have paid before you even if they have been positioned under you during the pre-enrollee cut-off, They will be place on a first come first serve basis at the cut=off period. 

This way, you will be given the chance to prepare your registration fee. Every thursday, you will have your strong leg built for you, What you need to do is to build your weak leg.
