As long as you live, you can always find your vision and follow it. Most of successful people made their success at their retirement age. They bring vision to life when they get older. This is a legacy you can leave behind to your family. 

What is your Vision?

First of all, let’s talk about your vision. A vision is what you foresee yourself to be where you are in the future. Some say it’s a dream. As long as it is something you are aiming for, that’s what defines your vision. It can be a state of becoming who you want to be, or what you want to have in the future. 

With that being said, you can write your own vision. Regardless of your situation right now, you can still pursue what you are aiming for. The keyword is improvement, upgrade, acquire etc. 

How will you follow your vision?

After you have identified your vision, the next step is “how?. This is the action plan. No matter how high your visions are, you can achieve it! But the key player is always YOU. 

Set target and aim for it

Just keep in mind what you are aiming for. It may give a greater challenge to you as you are walking through a path of “never been there yet” it is an unfamiliar path but for sure you know its the one you want to take. 

Like for example a means to create new income. Having been employed for such a long time, getting paid for the time you spent, you can compare the efforts needed if you are aiming for a much higher income to your current job. 

The challenge will be, the time you will spend, the effort you will give and the knowledge you have to make that vision a reality. 

Set an action plan

Planning is the key to making your vision to reality. Planning prepares you ahead of time so that you can see the obstacles you might encounter. Failing to plan is planning to fail. Most of all Commit them to God and He will direct your path. 

Make some realistic goals and make an action plan each week. Take small steps and make sure you move forward every day. This will bring you to your success. 

Set a specific deadline

As you move ahead, be sure to set a specific deadline. You can determine how much time you need to reach your goal. Keep moving and keep monitoring your progress. If the task is too big, you can delegate to other people. This will help you speed up the process. 

Celebrate

Each time you accomplish a milestone, don’t forget to celebrate. Thank God for it and give back the Glory to Him.

What is important is that you know what is the level of success you are looking for. Some can be higher than what you want to achieve, and some may be lower. This is where you can check the level of what you want to achieve.

As you go along, that DREAM can change over time and as you learn to develop your process. This will then create a system where you can duplicate so that you can avoid the mistakes in the past. If you are doing it alone, you can learn to transfer the knowledge to people where you build your Team and leverage your accomplishments through the time of other people.

Each stages you will pass needs learning. Thats why at the beginning, you need to develop a habit of learning. Most people failing in this business are those that are not in the mood of learning. Their attitude is the biggest problem. The first thing to deal with is to stay humble and teachable so you can keep learning.

Some people are hard learners, some are fast learners. Keep doing the 3R principle. Establish a good number of people using your product to sustain your daily expenses. Keep looking for potential resellers and keep teaching those you that expressed interest to do the same business you are doing. This is a principle of multiplying your income in 3 ways. Master these 3 and you can reach to the next level.

3. Delegate

The delegation of work is the assurance that you get the right knowledge and pass on to the next with the same system you do. That means that you can rely on the person you are teaching so that he can teach as well. The most single proprietor business are not growing because they failed to do this stage. It will help you ease your activity but not your productivity. You will now be in a supervision stage. You get more advantage to oversee bigger things because have delegated a big task. 

4. Duplicate

5. Multiply

You can write as much as you can, these are just guide, you can improve as long as you keep SMART.

Developing a habit will eventually lead you to be consistent. As you establish that, you are developing a DISCIPLINE, and that discipline will give you a CHARACTER. Becoming successful is not only changing your financial status but more so a your LIFE and CHARACTER!

After seeing an opportunity, how well are you able to make a decision?  

This is the hardest of all the training you will encounter, Why? 

Because it deals with a Mindset and a commitment!. 

Mindset because its your first time to enter an unknown venture. You think doing business is a familiar zone? Its not! If you have been employed for such a long time, your mindset is actually conditioned to earn in an employment setting. Therefore, the attitude towards business is also geared towards the way it thinks and works in employment system. this needs to be addressed which actually starts from the mind. Therefore needs to be fed with right information about How the business will work.

The mind will eventually drive your emotions to make the RIGHT and GOOD DECISION. That is the PREPARATION for a long journey to the business world which will enable you to earn more, but it does not come easy. 

The journey may be long but it can be fast or the journey may be short but it will take long tine. It depends on you, the fast you learn, the faster you can make that Decision.

1. The Different ways to Earn Income

There are 4 different ways to earn income. Its either from Employment, Self Employment or Business and Investment. 

Most common are Employment and Self- employment. These two are called Active Income. It is active in a sense that you are getting paid for the time you work for. “No work no pay” scheme. And this is where most people get stuck. At the initial age of being employed. As early as 30 years old. Its ok to be employed as you are just getting started. But remaining employed and expenses are getting bigger, its either you work hard to get promoted or find another high paying job as alternative. Again the dilemma is if you can find new and high paying job. Even if you find, the cycle goes on and expenses goes up faster than salaries.

According to Jeff Bezos, founder and CEO of Amazon, The best alternative is to “start small”, to learn how to do that  you can read or blog on here start small dream big . 

While employed, take the opportunity to start a small business or start with what you have. Know which is the first step and accomplish that then move to the next. As I mentioned Jeff Bezos, I remember his humble beginnings with establishing amazon where he told a story getting started, he was even carrying the first product order and delivering it to the customer. Then later thought of how to manage the delivery of massive orders and as the situation arise, he keeps expanding according the need and responded to it. That’s how he got big! Every small steps are important to achieving bigger things in your life.

2. Facing the Geatest Fear

Facing the greatest fear is the next big factor to consider in making a good decision. Because doing business is not what we are taught, we face a lot of fear. 

This is the “fear of the unknown”. If you have knowledge, you can overcome those fears. Just like learning how to drive a car. At first you are afraid because you don’t know, but as you learn step by step, that fear is slowly going away. 

Face your fear with the right knowledge. 

That’s how Learning is important. This is what our program intends to do. To help you get the right knowledge of doing an online or offline business of your own. It does mot matter how long it will take for you to learn as long as you build a strong foundation. Why failure leads to your success?

More often, we look at failure in a negative way. A means to close the door and never try again. In most cases, people who made extra mile to stand up and get back on their feet are more likely to achieve success. We see so many inspiring stories of successful people have gone the same thing, the more failure they got, the higher they climb to the ladder reaching new heights. Failures is a blessing in disguise if we look at it in a positive way.

Checking our Ego 

Whenever we fail, we need to check our ego. Are we to entertain pride or be humble? This is the biggest game changer. If we chose to drop that pride and be humble to change our act, you are on your way to success. Failure fosters humility that will lead to self improvement. The fact that we recognize the failure, we are allowing ourselves to accept our limitations which can lead to find new ideas and new ways to perform whatever task we are doing that causes the failure. 

Changing our behavior

As soon as you recognize the mistake and humbled yourself, the kind of behavior changes. We will never look back on our failures, regardless of how many times we fall. The focus is on how to get there, thats attainable if we have that positive attitude. 

This will drive us up and keep us moving forward.

New perspective

The process goes on and it will become precedent. New heights, new perspectives comes into play. The way we perceive things change as well. New direction or new way to combat the task we are doing towards the goal. 

The more we recognize our mistake, the better we see clearly and that leads to our next point, being resilient.

Resiliency 

Is the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties, to spring back into shape. A task done repetitious becomes easier. As long  as you keep trying, and keep doing, you become the master of your skill.

Stopping is not the option but our determination to move forward brings failure a success in Progress.
