How to become an entrepreneur?

You have come to this blog because you are looking for ways to earn money online and offline.

I believe you are currently employed or even have lost your job and are looking for opportunities. I have been to both kind of situations and I know the frustrations. That is the reason why I created this blog so that I can give a step-by-step procedure on how to start your own business.



Why "Learn and Build"? 

The title itself will tell you that you are at the right place. Learn and Build means there are two things you need to do to help you find what you are looking for - that is to start a business online and do it at your spare time after work where you can spend extra 2 to 3 hours a day to help you get started. The mere fact that you are searching, that means you want to learn something that will make you productive and most importantly earn income while at home.

This is what Learn and Build is done! that's it.

I. Learn
Most people are afraid to start a business because of two factors;

1. It is not what you are looking for - you are actually searching for something that will suit your lifestyle, your hobbies perhaps, or even things that will help you earn money easily. You may have an immediate need that is why you are searching for something that will give immediate solution to your problem

2. No idea about the business - everyday we often hear so many opportunities being offered to us. Though the business may seem to be very promising and it has already changed people's lives by becoming successful with that opportunity, you still did not buy into that opportunity. Why?  because you don't know, or maybe you know but the knowledge you acquired is not what it really means. Meaning, it is just a piece or pieces of information you get as an impression that shows more negative than the positive, therefore, when someone knocks at your door and giving you a seemingly the same business module, you easily reject the opportunity.

I can still give you more lists of why people are afraid to start a business, but these two is enough for now to let you understand the real root cause of the problem. That is lack of knowledge!

Compare yourself having enrolled in school, especially when you are going to college and are choosing the right career. You made that decision to take the course you have taken, right?
That decision was done because you are comfortable with that course and you know that this will suit your need. You are very happy and excited even though you don't know the details about that course. But you are very much prepared mentally and motivated physically and spiritually to learn more. 

That means you got exactly what you are looking for!

But for those who do not know or do not have any idea which career path to take, it would be more difficult to decide because you will take more effort and more time to think about which path are you taking. You may be asking so many question and interview more people about the course.

There are good or perhaps best way to help you make the decision, that is to asks the people who are into that course. If you do, you will get a very good advise to take or not to take. Make it more balanced and see the attitudes of those people who are currently enrolled. Look at their background and their initial response to taking that course.

Did they like the course when they made the decision? or not?
If they do, then refer to item no. 1 as to how they started?
If they do not, then no. 2 will best give you a better answer to guide you make that decision.

The Learning Path begins

After several evaluation, the next big step was getting enrolled and spend money on learning. No matter how many years it would take for you to learn. Some are 4-year course, some are 5 and even 9 years like those in the medical profession.

You are willing to spend money because you know that when you graduate, you will get a job, And when you get employed, you start earning income.

The same principle applies here. The willingness to Learn is when you have the long term goal as to why you would want to start a business, that is to earn extra income. But to earn better income, you need to have a solid foundation of what you want to do, like the course you enrolled. Learning must come first. In your learning, you are willing to spend money, and dedicate your precious time getting all the information you need to better equip you with much knowledge. The more knowledge you acquire, the more you become confident that when you finish the learning path, having an income will follow.

2. Build
The second phase is the Building process. Why build? It may sound like you are in a construction project, but this is just an analogy when it comes to establishing the business. This process is the next level of learning with the result you need to have. As you are looking for an extra income, it will really start small. Like any building project, one famous qoute we can get is

"Rome is not built overnight". 

The mere fact that you are searching for an extra income, why not consider it as a transition to shifting your main income from your profession to becoming an entrepreneur! Possessing the right Learning will give you a better advantage of planning ahead and build an income generating business that you can pass on to your generations to come. This may seem overwhelming, but this is now becoming more realistic and your approach to the business will be centered in to a result-oriented business because you have mastered the right skills. You are no longer struggling with what you will do and why you are doing it, but rather become more confident that you will have to perform the task everyday so that you will get the result you need in the future....not very long but it can be predictable as to know your income projection on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis. 

Like any building project, you know that when you start the project, you will be more focused on what you are building. If you are building a small house compared to building a city, the effort will be different. That is where you can plan and make it a daily tasks as to how much time you will be spending to build your long and lasting business.

Building is not only focused on money. That is actually the least priority.

But Knowing what you want and why you want to do it, Your character is changing significantly. Your motivation is now built upon the most compelling reason why you are doing the business. It is changing your life! Your day to day activity,  your way of dealing with people and your way of facing the circumstances is becoming more positive and result oriented. 

Building your business means that you know exactly what stage are you in. Again, as compared to building project, the process is predictable and you can assess it if you are in the foundation stage or in the finishing stage. The events that will occur in the course of building your business can be managed well because you know exactly what stage are you in and what solution you will provide when problem occurs.

This training will lead you to continuously Learn and Build! As you posses the right training, much will be learned when you are actually doing the business, experience is the best teacher. Our experiences will vary. Sharing is the best means to get more learning. That is why, Learning will be a continuous process, in this stage, you will learn how to Build a sustainable business.
