Finally you made a decision to start your own business! It’s time to move up to the next level, The goal is to operate your business to earn income online, 

what are the skills needed to run a business successfully?


There are a lot of skills needed and, we at Learn and build, have summarized the 5 major skills you need to run a business successfully. Before I give you the skills you need, let me show you the roadmap to your success. 

Roadmap to Success


You must define your success. 

What is your target income to measure your success? 

To some it may be earning income of $10,000 per month is already a success, or some may consider $100,000 or $1,000,000.  After defining your success level, you need to set a specific deadline to be able to challenge yourself to keep working on a target date. It may be within a year or two or 5. Again, it’s all up to you. Then we can determine;
  • What kind of work you need to do  
  • How much effort you need and 
  • What are the activities you will be doing each day to reach that goal
So in this stage, you need to write down your Goals, the level of success and prepare for Learning and Building your business. Our title Learn and Build is designed that way that you will learn the right knowledge to motivate you and the right skill to keep you moving forward. It would not be an easy job but you just need to be consistent. You may fail many times but that it's ok, it's part of the learning process to master that skills needed. 

Here are few questions you need to ask and I would suggests that you should write this in your own notepad to remind you;

Level of Success

1. What is the level of success I am looking at to consider my business successful? 
  • How much income do I need to be making? Height - means the income level you want to achieve to determine you have attained it. 
  • How many years do I need to reach that income level?  Distance - this means the length of time you will be working on it

The measurement of your success is in the achievement of your dreams into REALITY. 

Goals

1. What is your ultimate goal?
  • Personal goal - what is it that you wanted to accomplish and why are you doing this business?
  • Financial goal - How much money you need to consider quitting your job?
You can write as much as you can, these are just guide, you can improve as long as you keep SMART. 

Specific
Measurable
Attainable
Relevant/Realistic
Time Bound

You can leave this part for a while and take time to write everything you can. When you are done, you can go back here and continue learning the Skills you need to run your business successfully.

As a business owner, you need to follow a system that has already worked. There is no secret to success but there is a system. And that is what we will be talking about. 

The system or the program

There is a system that will help you run the business and grow. Each of the stages will give you a corresponding learning. 

Let’s start from your Day 1, the figure below will give you a better understanding on the 5 Skills you need to run your business successfully. Each stage is already a big success but that is just a level like going up the stairs so that at the end of the 5th skills, you are already getting more results and celebrate your success. 
Off course, depending on how big your goals are, you should match that with big effort as well. What we need to do is to make the most of your free time so that you will not interrupt your day job. Our aim is to transition you from being employed to be running a business successfully. 

The 5 Key stages for business growth 


These are the 5 key stages to know if your business is growing. This is our ladder of success. As you move forward, you are climbing up a stair towards the growth of your business. The main foundation and the backbone of the business is in the training program. Each step of the way signifies progress and its all with the solid background in LEARNING while continuously BUILDING your business. 

The five key stages are;

1. Learning
2. Teaching
3. Delegating
4. Multiplying
5. Earning and Earning Big, Bigger, Much more Bigger Income

The Law of Leverage 

The system used in this method is the same system used by successful people. It is called the “Law of Leverage” if you own a business, and want to earn bigger income you need to branch out. The more branches you have the bigger income you will have. But as a start, you need to feed your own business to grow. It will start basically with you. Alone doing multi-tasking  job. It will be hard work initially and as you grow you work smartly. There are times you need to put extra hour just to get what you are aiming for. You can earn income but it will still be small. 

The Learning process

This is where your first Skill is going to appear. Learn first before you earn. From your Day 1, you learn the skill of how to start the business therefore you made that one big success, your decision to start. The next stage of learning is the skill of how to run the business. How will you earn money as you go along with the process. 

  1. When are you going to make your first sale?
  2. What is the skill you need to learn at this stage?
Any legitimate business has a product, and from that product, you can generate sales! So, as you start running  your business and since you are alone, you need to learn how to market your product. 

5 Skills you need to run your business successfully

1. Marketing Skills

The first Skill is learning how to Market your product so that you can generate sales. Online marketing is similar to the offline marketing. The good thing about online marketing and online business is that you don’t need to have physical store to run your business. You can do marketing and online promotion to different social media platforms. In our training program, you will master the marketing skills and we will teach you how to do it professionally with the tools you need like autoresponders and email marketing to automate your system of selling and delivering your product to customers. Here, you will learn how to use your phone to run your business through the online marketing strategy you will learn.

The best teacher is our ability to learn. And when you learn more, you can teach more with the right attitude. 

Delegation process

Delegating the job is transferring your teaching skill to your business partner. The more you are able to transfer your skills in teaching the more you get away with multi-tasking. You are now expanding your business and were able to leverage your business. The third skill level is in the Skill of;

3. People Management Skill (HR Skill)

As you are able to delegate, you become aware of the right people for the right job. Human resources is a broad skill, you will learn how to read people and know their potentialities. You will learn how to put the right people into the level of their skills and how to leverage them as well. As your business grows, the human resources grows as well so you will learn how to manage people properly. Imagine at this stage,  compared to what you are doing the first time, the same effort but in different method. Before you work hard and achieve small, at this time, the same hardship but different level of activities but your earning at this stage is bigger than it was. By this stage in time, you will be achieving something. Getting closer to your success. 

The Multiplication process

If you can have one branch, you can still accommodate to do more branch. As you master those skills in parallel with your learning process, now you learn how to multiply your business by doing the same system of growth yo run your business. As you are able to teach, the people whom you taught can also be a candidate to teach as well. If you have been able to delegate and duplicate your system to them the more you can do much. The fourth skill is;

4. Communication Skills

Open communication will lead a healthy conversation with your team. As you develop your leadership skills, your manner of communication develops as well. Essential to the communication skill is the learning and teaching and most especially the ability to organize. Its not easy to handle different types of people but with the proper communication skills, you will have a healthy environment which is contagious. The more you master this, the more you can increase your income

Increasing your income

Is now your measure of success! The moment you hit the mark you set for your goals, then that is your success story! Therefore the last skill is;

5. Financial Management Skill

You will learn how to manage your cash flow. As you have reached your success, you can also see that your earnings keep growing so you need the financial management skill to know where to put your money. You can spend more quality tone with your family and reward yourself.

Making the right and good decision is coming from knowledge and confidence to what you are deciding from. Starting a business comes with a great idea. And that will be followed by a decision to get started. Here are some of the checklist you meed to do before making a good decision. 

1. What problem are you solving?



Starting a business with a product in mind, before producing the product, This question must be answered first. It is an evaluation to proceed if you have identified what product you will be promoting. Instead of creating a new product, there may be an existing ones that needs to be improved and re produced. This question will give you a better solution to the problem. The reason why people buy a certain product is because of that particular problem you are identifying. 

Better write down your notes and see what else you can get to give you a better perspective of the product you are launching.

2. Who will be your target market?


A market research will also give you a better idea to make a product design according to your target. Are they for rich, medium range or low income consumers? Planning for a specific market leads you to know how much capitalization required. Not only that but the outlook of the product design, the cost and the time frame required to produce, package and deliver. 

3. How much capital you need?


You will be investing money from here, better know your cost. Are you able to recover and get a fair amount of return on your investments? 
You need to make your cash flow projection. The good thing about online business is that you can really start small for as low as $10 or even for free. You just be resourceful and smart. The capital investment if you have a very low budget is starting for free but you need to spend time working on the platform before you can actually earn income. 

A good example is starting a blog just like this one, make the blog an avenue to produce income.

The first step is to Make a Good Decision

DAY 1 is different from ONE DAY. Day 1 is the actual counting of your big dreams. It cones after making that big decision. That means you are in business! The more you need to learn because the process may take longer if you make a trial and error. Go for the system that has been proven and works best.

 “ONE DAY” is a wanderer. Having big dreams is good but dreams without action is a wishful thinking. You keep dreaming that One day you’ll be there. This should come after the decision as well. Dream, Decide and Dream again and set your feet to Day 1. 

This is the right decision. With action. Don’t delay, after learning what you need to do make a decision right away.

Any business requires investment. Depending on your idea, you can start with small investment. Work on what you have. Setting up a business, to many, requires huge amount of money. It is actually but as that will come along as you progress. Invest small means knowing your priorities and keep moving forward so that your Day 1 would turn into Day 2,3 and onwards. 1. The Different ways to Earn Income

There are 4 different ways to earn income. Its either from Employment, Self Employment or Business and Investment. 

Most common are Employment and Self- employment. These two are called Active Income. It is active in a sense that you are getting paid for the time you work for. “No work no pay” scheme. And this is where most people get stuck. At the initial age of being employed. As early as 30 years old. Its ok to be employed as you are just getting started. But remaining employed and expenses are getting bigger, its either you work hard to get promoted or find another high paying job as alternative. Again the dilemma is if you can find new and high paying job. Even if you find, the cycle goes on and expenses goes up faster than salaries.

According to Jeff Bezos, founder and CEO of Amazon, The best alternative is to “start small”, to learn how to do that  you can read or blog on here start small dream big 



While employed, take the opportunity to start a small business or start with what you have. Know which is the first step and accomplish that then move to the next. As I mentioned Jeff Bezos, I remember his humble beginnings with establishing amazon where he told a story getting started, he was even carrying the first product order and delivering it to the customer. Then later thought of how to manage the delivery of massive orders and as the situation arise, he keeps expanding according the need and responded to it. That’s how he got big! Every small steps are important to achieving bigger things in your life.

2. Facing the Geatest Fear

Facing the greatest fear is the next big factor to consider in making a good decision. Because doing business is not what we are taught, we face a lot of fear. 

This is the “fear of the unknown”. If you have knowledge, you can overcome those fears. Just like learning how to drive a car. At first you are afraid because you don’t know, but as you learn step by step, that fear is slowly going away. 

Face your fear with the right knowledge
That’s how Learning is important. This is what our program intends to do. To help you get the right knowledge of doing an online or offline business of your own. Why failure leads to your success?


More often, we look at failure in a negative way. A means to close the door and never try again. In most cases, people who made extra mile to stand up and get back on their feet are more likely to achieve success. We see so many inspiring stories of successful people have gone the same thing, the more failure they got, the higher they climb to the ladder reaching new heights. Failures is a blessing in disguise if we look at it in a positive way. 

Failure is a part of the process in success formula!


  1. How is failure a success in progress?

  • Failure leads to success and it can help check your ego
  • It is an inspiration to positive change in our behavior
  • Failure gives you a new perspective
  • Failure teaches you to be resilience 

Checking our Ego 

Whenever we fail, we need to check our ego. Are we to entertain pride or be humble? This is the biggest game changer. If we chose to drop that pride and be humble to change our act, you are on your way to success. Failure fosters humility that will lead to self improvement. The fact that we recognize the failure, we are allowing ourselves to accept our limitations which can lead to find new ideas and new ways to perform whatever task we are doing that causes the failure. 

Changing our behavior

As soon as you recognize the mistake and humbled yourself, the kind of behavior changes. We will never look back on our failures, regardless of how many times we fall. The focus is on how to get there, thats attainable if we have that positive attitude. 
This will drive us up and keep us moving forward.

New perspective

The process goes on and it will become precedent. New heights, new perspectives comes into play. The way we perceive things change as well. New direction or new way to combat the task we are doing towards the goal. 
The more we recognize our mistake, the better we see clearly and that leads to our next point, being resilient.

Resiliency 

Is the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties, to spring back into shape. A task done repetitious becomes easier. As long  as you keep trying, and keep doing, you become the master of your skill.
Stopping is not the option but our determination to move forward brings failure a success in Progress.

Start your online business | Earn income online from home


The first thing and the most difficult thing is to identify how you can start your own business from home. Getting new business ideas can be very challenging. Considering a situation where you have a very limited resources like getting started without money. Learn and build will help you learn and earn income online from home.



How you can start especially in this challenging time of crisis and global pandemic.

Many have turned into online business, some are successful and some are not, what makes it different? How are those people getting their success? What are the requirements?

Let us answer each question and see what practical things we can do to help you get started.

What makes it Different?

Why are there people becoming so successful? The difference is in the Learning. Mastery of your craft makes it different. Do you have the right knowledge of the business? and do you posses the skills needed to operate it? These two works together in making your own success journey. 

As discussed in the previous blog about "How to start the right business of your own" which discusses the inward qualification which will drive you more motivated to do the business no matter what happens, this time it is an outward qualification which will guide you more technically on how to start a business without money, doing it online. 

What is the right knowledge to start a business?

Many people has the motivation to do the business but don't know what kind of business they want to do. Traditional business will always drive you to put more investment even if you will start small. And that small investment is still big for an average employee or even unemployed people.

There are 4 sources of income. According to Robert Kiyosaki in his book "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" There are 4 quadrants, which represents the 4 means of income. The first 2 quadrants comes from the left side which is the Employment and Self-Employment as shown in the image below,



THE ACTIVE INCOME GROUP (LEFT SIDE OF THE QUADRANT)


The left side of the quadrant belongs to the ACTIVE INCOME group. They are very hard working people and they get paid to what they worked for. It is Active because they get paid for the hours they worked for and if they happen to get sick and they cant work, they don't get paid for the absences. Both Employed and Self-Employed are tied to their commitment and cannot afford to get sick. 

This is a good source of income for younger people who are just getting started. Those who have finished their degree and are eager to be in a corporate world. The income can be satisfying at first but it cannot sustain for longer term especially when one started a family of his own. The income remains the same or it might increase but cannot cope with the high cost of living where the expenses are getting bigger than the salary. 


The
RAT RACE is ON!, Most middle ages are in this stage where they want to get higher income but cannot leave their job immediately. 

They are tied with their 8 hours to 12 hours job every day. The cycle becomes routinely and the longer they stay, the more they are tied. They long to have time with the family but spends most of the time in their company. 

Most of them does not have money to spend on holidays and other important occasions. Meaning, they have NO TIME FREEDOM and NO FINANCIAL FREEDOM.

The normal thing is to Spend quality time with the family and to buy the things you need and even sometime you want. The most frustrating part for these two types of people don't possess both. SELF-EMPLOYED may earn bigger income, but with the demand of his work, He don't have more time to spend with the family. For Example, a self-employed doctor who owns his own clinic and having a full time job in a hospital. After work, he spends time to serve his patients, the  more patients he gets the more he earns money. These are the people with much money but NO TIME with the Family!

THE PASSIVE INCOME GROUP (RIGHT SIDE OF THE QUADRANT)

The right side of the quadrant are people who belongs to the Business and Investors. They are the people who earns big income. The Businessmen are people who have started small, worked hard and now they are reaping the good reward of their hard work. The income is much bigger and better than any highest paid employees. They are the people who invested their money and their time. And when they are earning more, they put their money in a proper investment. So they earn even more. They have TIME FREEDOM and FINANCIAL FREEDOM.

We can possibly say that Rich becomes richer, while poor becomes poorer. Sad to say that Employees are in that stage where they become poorer because they are struggling with their monthly expenses, where their means cannot meet the ends, while rich people continually grow their earnings.

So to answer our first question, "Why are there people becoming successful?", People chose their path. The wiser person chose the right means to get the right income earning potential. I can say that those people who become successful are those that have the proper perspective on what they want and how they are getting it with the right means of opportunities. 


It doesn't mean that employees don't become successful, but according to research,  only 1% of all employed in the world become rich. And the position they are holding are those that are paid as CEO's or President of the Company where they ran the company owned by Businessmen.

  3% have already retired and are dead being employed
96% are still working at the age of retirement

This research shows that majority of people are in the employment quadrant. And the percentage is rare to those who wants to fulfill the Time Freedom and Financial Freedom. 

To become successful, you must have the right perspective as to where you would want to get the source of your income. Most people think of employment is the only source of income while there are actually 4 sources.

To those who wants to get started, they cannot start with a business because they lack knowledge. So they still end up getting employed. The next question is;

How Can One get Started with The Business?

You can get started early if you are young and energetic to be employed, but don't get their too long, you can join a company and work hard, save enough money to get you started with a business which you need to spend time knowing about it. Preparation is the key. 

While earning, take time to shift from being employed to becoming an entrepreneur. So that you can have a smooth transition. Spend 5 years in a company and learn more about its system. Review, evaluate and create your own system. Make it more simpler and efficient. This is how you can get started.

But what about those who are in the middle age, where they are stuck in their job but wants to have a higher paying job? These are the people im concerned of, to get started with the business,

what kind of business you can do? 

They may have no savings at all because of the demand of spending for the necessities of life like spending for the tuition fees of their children, paying mortgages for housing loans and car loans, some utility bills. They may have savings but those are allocated for emergencies. what if someone gets sick and medical insurances cannot cover the cost. So, starting a business with a capital is a big no, no to them.

The only business they can do is a business online without money involved. To be honest, any business you do will require investment, but the most practical way to get started is to start online. Especially in this time of uncertainty brought by the Global pandemic. The online business has actually blossomed, but not all. As we have mentioned in the beginning, "why are there people becoming successful?", this is our second answer to that question, to  know the right business you can do without money involved.

You can start online business by getting the training you need and the skill set you need in preparation for the actual business. It will start with the business idea, where you can be equipped with the right knowledge of how you will do the business online.

How to start the Right Business of Your Own

In any venture, Training is the backbone to help you understand the "how" the "what" and the "why". This will help you start your own business online and offline. Learning will give you a better perspective, will prepare you and equip you for the right one for you so that you can do the necessary steps. Test your business ideas and get you going following the path to success.

 


A. The "HOW" of the business 

If you have the knowledge and understanding of what you will be doing, you can lessen if not remove the doubt you have in mind. People who are misinformed are usually afraid to take the steps. When you get the proper knowledge then you can go on with these steps further;

1. You have to REMOVE YOUR DOUBT

2. You have to CONQUER YOUR FEAR

DOUBT is normal but if you have your Doubt, you will never move and if you will never move, you cannot get results. Being stagnant is as good as nothing at all, you need to act and the action should be the right one that will produce the result. Many people take the wrong action, therefore they get the wrong result. That is again fall under the training.

Imagine yourself first time riding a bike, if you don't know how to drive it, you are usually afraid. But that fear will be gone if someone will guide you along and teach you how to do the balancing and drive it confidently.

It is the same way with starting a business, to remove that fear, you need to have a mentor. A mentor can always guide you whenever you need help. And the relationship grows as you go along. A mentor is a person who do the same thing but just a little ahead of you, while he enjoys riding, he manage to teach you as well. It is the desire of the mentor to help you ride with confidence and if you learn the skills, you might dive faster. That is what makes a good mentor, he will bring our the best in you and do the best potentials you have. But you need to remember as well that you were mentored, so the baton was passed on you to do the same thing to people who wants to get started but don't know where and how to start.

The second one is to CONQUER YOUR FEAR

Everything we do, if we do it the first time, you will always have FEAR BUT if you look at FEAR as False Emotions Appearing  Real you can have the courage to Face Everything And Run or Rise. 

Emotions will go after, that is why DOUBT and FEAR go together. But if you have conquered the first one, you can overcome the next. Doubt is usually in the mind, the anecdote for that is Knowledge, while Fear is in the Heart and the anecdote is Confidence so that you can face with much courage.

Fear is just an emotion and its all in the mind.  Its normal to fear but if this will control your decision, you cannot act on it. 
As you overcome your fear, you can unleash your maximum potential. You just don't know how far you can go if you are already enjoying the ride!.

What can we learn from these?

1. Getting the right knowledge will remove your Doubt. So the first step in starting your business is to get all the knowledge you need. Training is a continuous activity. It is the learning experience that you get better understanding and simplify the process. Learning from each other is the greatest teacher that we have, so we can add in the Attitude you need to possess. That is the Attitude to be TEACHABLE. You must have the attitude with a GOOD LISTENING AND LEARNING ATTITUDE (GLLA). Going back to the example of riding a bike, If you are not willing to learn, the more it will take time for you to get started. You need to give in to instruction. Follow the instruction of your mentor, it is understandable at first if you are stiff and afraid. But the more you learn how to hold the handle, how to balance yourself, how to speed up and control the direction you are going the more you gain confidence. The instruction will be much different when you are already running. You will getting more tips on how to ride the bike with different kinds of roads, from rough to smooth, uphill and downhill, crowded place or busy streets. That level of knowledge are going towards making you a professional cyclist. That's the potential of the business in comparison.

2. Confidence will conquer your fear. But overconfidence will make you more harm if you are not careful. The more you gain confidence, the more you need to get smarter everyday. Learning and attitude will always go along your journey. Stay on the right tract with the right attitude. The secret formula to success is to stay humble and help other people in need of learning. 

As you learn, you need to become a teacher as well. This will let the right knowledge pass on to other people fast. If you have a mentor mentoring other people who wants to get started, and you are already mentoring other people as well, the work is delegated and you can teach more people. 

You will all enjoy the ride together!

That is the real essence of building a Network of like-minded people. You build a long and lasting business relationship while you develop a character of learning and teaching.

Before we go further with the HOW, let us explore the "What" first and lets get back to it later.

B. The "WHAT" of the business


Doing the business will always start with you. Alone. The business idea starts with your desire to do a business but you don't know what kind of business you will be doing. 

This is actually dealing with our "MINDSET". Many people don't know what business they will do because their mindset is in EMPLOYMENT. The mentality of earning big, is to do a business, but to work as an employee is what makes people do the action. When they start a business, they think money will come in every month! The mindset should match the action. 

Business is a business and you need to run it to earn. While employment is a regular work where you do a certain task for a company doing the business, you get paid for your time. Though Business will give you much better income but it does not come in just a click of a mouse. Just as the saying goes "Rome is not built in one Day" Business is the same, you need to do the hard work at the beginning.

Some people have the mindset of a business while they are employed. This is a wrong concept and many employees act like they are the BOSS. It is our intention to get you out of employment and be the Boss of your own, but this will be a transitioning period while you are actively employed. Don't act like a boss when you are employed but better act like a real employed with a mindset of a businessman.


While at work, it is better to start a business of your own. Take some effort to learn the business and save some money. Any business venture you will do will always require an investment. But you need to work smart. You don't need to invest that big amount of money. And that is another "mindset" deal with. People think that starting a business would require big amount of money, no! If you look and listen to the stories of successful people, they all started small and become big over time.

The smart way to do is to learn and then start the business as early as you can. If you are employed, you need to find time at your extra time to learn the business. Don't be in a hurry to decide then quit but learn and decide later, save money and do the action. 

What will you do? 




It can be a product you want to produce, a service that you need to offer. This path can be very rewarding if you do the right thing with the right attitude. This is the traditional way of doing the business. It can be a long process and requires so much money to invest and time to operate. If this is your type, go for it. But If you are looking for ways where you cannot produce your product but you want to promote the product of other people, then you can start with the non traditional way. This is by signing up as a Distributor. There are many companies that offer this way, you can promote the product of other company and earn income from it. The best method here is through Network marketing! Yes, you heard it right! Some people have a misconception about network Marketing as just merely recruiting other people. It is not that. That is a wrong knowledge, The Real network marketing is a real business for people with small capital but with the maximum potential income of a business equivalent to traditional one.

What is Network Marketing?

Network Marketing is a system of Distributing the product from the Manufacturer to the consumer. It is called non-traditional because it has modified the system of distribution. Let me show you a comparison:

Traditional Business

Distributes the product from manufacturer through the third party agencies like; Wholesalers to Dealers to Distributors down to the Retail stores to the Consumers. It has at least 4 channels of distribution before it goes to the Consumer. While

Network Marketing Business

Removes all the other channels of Distributors like the Wholesaler, Dealers and Distributors. Instead, it goes directly from the Manufacturer to the Retail Store and the consumer.

Many people started with Network Marketing without proper knowledge that is why many people did not get any result and concluded that it is a scam, but the truth is, they never spend time to learn. Learn about the system and how they can make the maximum potential earnings. They think they can do it without learning. That's a big NO! you need to learn first. Just as in my presentation here, you get started with the Knowing the business then doing it!

Taking the Route of Network Marketing 

If you decide to take this route, you are most welcome. But I would like to remind you that you need to learn first before you earn. Learn, get all the trainings you need before you actually register as a Distributor.

As a brief, what you need to do to grow your business with Network Marketing system?


Just like any other business, Network Marketing and Traditional Business are the same. The mechanics and process may be different in principle but the way to grow is the same! yes, its the same. 

You need to:

1. Establish a group of product users to earn big. 

For traditional business,  You need to own a store. You can make our own product or you can be a Wholesaler or Retailer of a product. Owning a store means that you can put a lot of varieties of products. Capital is extensive and you need to do the feasibility studies what to do to get the ROI (Return on Investment). The point of getting income is to have more people buying from you. The more people buying the more you earn, and the more they come back, the better. That way, you are establishing a group of product users for a specific product you sell.

That is also true with Network Marketing! This is the most neglected part, This is actually the first step in any business presentation you will attend. You start by becoming a distributor for a set of product package. That is the investment. Some people think this is big, but it is the smallest investment to own a business where you don't need to get a license, rent a space to display the products, pay someone to sell and make inventories. All you have to do is focus on distributing the product by just sharing the good benefits of the product through your social media.

There are 3R principles to follow:

Retailing 
Recruiting
Retention

The first one is already discussed above where you do the distribution of the product by just sharing the good and healthy benefits of the product. You need not do a hard selling, though some good salesman have the better edge in doing this as compared to people with no sales background or knowledge. The good news is that you don't need to do hard selling, just follow the system and you can sell without selling. Just sharing will help you organize people who needs the product and they become your regular users (consumers)

The second one is Recruiting, though i hate using this work, just to rhyme the 3R principle, i used this term. The real term for this is actually Inviting potential person to become a Distributor or Retailer. As we have the system in place, You are not obliged to sell but you can sell more without selling using the "Principle of Leverage" This is multiplying your time with the time of other people.

Going back to my example of riding a bike, This is what I mean about multiplying your time by you getting started to learn. As you learn, you gain the experience and enjoy the ride, while enjoying, people will see your action. And they can be like you who are also looking for great opportunity but don't know where to start. So you can Invite them and let them learn the way you did. This is much simpler because you are just DUPLICATING what you have done. It may be different in time and setting but the way you teach will be the same.

So by inviting you establish the second means of creating bigger income, that is to establish a group of Retailers/Resellers. There are people who are just merely users of the product and there are also people who are good at reselling. In your growth, you have already been establishing regular users of the product and now you are establishing group of retailers. This will grow your income eventually.

Lets get back to the How and this is related to inviting people with Fear.


The greatest FEAR we have in this business is to INVITE. Again, with proper learning, you will know the proper skills in Inviting people.

The tendency actually is for you to INVITE all the people you know. Your friends, brothers, sisters, relatives and all the people you know. But, more often than not, the people you have invited and expects to join are the people that will REJECT you. That will be a testing ground for you if you are well informed about the business you are doing.

REJECTIONS are normal but you can avoid this if you have the right skill and right knowledge. You will not see rejection as personal attack to you but rather, learn the mindset of people you are inviting. Some will like what you are offering and some will not, so don't get distracted, proceed to the next.

With the 3R principle, you can already filter who are the product users and who are potential retailers.  Some product users can also be your retailer if they see the good benefits taking place. So you cant under estimate everyone. Keep them and enjoy the ride.

The last one is Retention. What are those people? They are the people who are able to Teach others as well. So these set of people will be coming from the retailers. Your duty is to train them the way you were trained. Duplicating is the Key!
