He is a multi-award achiever in the International film and movie industry, and a very successful in his political career.

Here's what he has to say to all of us.

The 5 Rules for success of Arnold Schwarzenneger:

1. Find Your Vision & Follow It

2. Never ever Think Small

3. Ignore the Naysayers

4. Work your Ass Off

5. Don't just take, Give Back

Here's the Video of his 5 Rules for success and get inspired!

What is your Vision?

This is the first rule for Success - A Vision
A Vision is the faculty of state of being able to see, the ability to think about or plan the future with imagination or wisdom.

This is where it should start! Have a vision and follow it. Doing the business will give us the same result, when you focus on the things that you want to achieve. This is what will make your reason more objective and don't look at the money side but on the way you want to improve your life.

Aim Global gives you the proper tool to achieve those visions, but the most important person is YOU!

Have that target in mind and keep working on it until it becomes part of your life.

Never Think Small

The reason why you are not improving is that you have the so-called "employee mentality". As you enter into Entrepreneurship, your mindset should be change too. Our mental capacity to think of having success is in the way we think of ourselves. Thinking big is thinking ahead. This goes with our ability to work and respond to our situation.

The main reason why we think small is that we have our mentality dictates it. Some want to earn big but their "Mental Wallet" is small. Dream big and Achieve It.

How do you Face Discouragement?

They will always be there, especially when you are starting and struggling to show result. These are the Naysayers according to Arnold. People will always discourage you, often laughed at you and say, you "cannot do that"or "are you out of your mind?". The word here is IGNORE them!

Keep working and do it daily. Improve yourself and get right on your target. What you SOW is what you REAP. You will see the benefit later. Only then people will be humbled by your TRUE SUCCESS.

Discipline yourself and Work Consistently

Discipline is really needed, there is no way but up, but you will also take the step forward. Make sure you are doing things right and do it everyday.

Part of this is your character building. There is no easy way, but you will be rewarded by your diligent work and consistency.

Give Back and Help Others

The best person that can help other people who are struggling are those who have experience being in that situation. Remember where you came from and pull someone up. Helping others is our social and moral responsibility. Give Back and teach others what you have done.

Most of all Give back the Glory to God the Father in Heaven!

5 Signs that you are not ready to be an Entrepreneur | The Qualification

Are you Qualified?

This will help you understand the qualities of being an Entrepreneur. Do you want to know?

Here's what you need to look at when you are considering to walk the journey to Entrepreneurship.

  1. Are you Open to New Ideas?
  2. Are you ready to take Responsibility?
  3. Are you Satisfied with your Current Job?
  4. Are you Stressful?
  5. Are afraid to Fail?
Being Open to New Ideas

Entrepreneurship is a change of Mindset. It is going against the Herd Mentality. It means it is not employment. Where majority of people look for their source of income in the Employment. Many would like to start a business but are not skillful in the means to produce income other than what employment can give.

Innovation is the key element in opening yourself to new ideas. Learn how to try new things in the way you promote the business.

Be Ready to Take Responsibility
Business would require much responsibility.Working extra hours when others are already taking a rest. Or even Waking up earlier to set up all things you need to get ahead of the situation.

Responsibility should extend to challenging yourself into forcing yourself to produce something each day. Starting a business is a big challenge.Being responsible is making things happen.

Being Satisfied with your Current Job
If you are receiving a good pay, you don't need to look for other means of income.

Low Stress Threshold
The business is Stressful, you need to learn the art and enjoy the journey. Desperately earning money is different from enjoying what you do and earning from it. This will include meeting new people, helping them and maintain relationship. Even if they won't join you, they are still potential to your business.

Afraid to Fail
Failures are the biggest teachers. This will open to new innovations, being careful of what to do next and learning wisdom from the experience. It is not actually a failure but ways to improve your craft.

Knowing Your Deepest Why In Life | A Motivation to Finish the Race

The most compelling reason why you do the business is to know your deepest “WHY?”

To run your business you need to know your deepest why in life?. Finding your why will help you become resourceful and resilient which is one good quality to help you endure hardships. Doing business is a lifelong commitment, it's a long journey. To become successful, one needs a lot of discipline, determination, and endurance.

Our business life is like running a marathon. Marathon is a sport of endurance. The most effective way to finish your race is in the preparation, whether it be physical, mental, or spiritual aspects, the common denominator is to know what motivates you, that is knowing why.

In most cases, Many people are good starters but poor finishers!

Enthusiasm without a purpose will leave you wandering and later quit. This is exactly what will happen if you have not searched deeply into why you are doing the business. Some people think about the money and live up to their dreams without making many sacrifices in the beginning. Every valuable thing in life is achieved with hard work. Consistency is the key.

Before digging deeper, you must define your purpose.

Why do you want to do the business?

This is your guiding light in achieving success. The business seems so simple but in reality, it's complicated! If you cannot see the most compelling reason why you need to do this business, you might become part of the "QUITTERS CLUB"

You should write down your reasons why do you need to do the business?

Think about Your situation right now, what are you struggling with?
      • You might be stuck in a job that you don't want and perhaps you are not getting the salary you need,
      • or you may be in a very bad situation of having huge amounts of loans to pay.
      • Do you have a growing family? and you realize that your expenses are getting higher and your income is not sufficient?
These are but some of the most compelling reasons to put on your list. Have an assessment of what you are right now and identify all those problems you encounter about how you cope with your existing financial situation.

There are major Steps to knowing your deepest why:

1. Draw a Plan and set up a Goal

Draw out a plan on how you will be able to do the business. Your Goal will be the means for you to make a realistic plan to achieve what you want to achieve. In the initial stage, planning is very crucial and important. Before taking any action towards achieving your dreams, a well-written and well-defined plan will help you reduce the rooky mistakes. Each step of the way is essential in the process of business growth that will lead to your success.

The goal should be: SMART

Specific where all aspects of what you want to achieve are clearly stated. The more specific you can do, the better.

Measurable - is a yardstick to determine the length of time you want to spend on each of the goals you have created. it should be realistic and bound with time so that you will not lose any of your valuable time and money.

Attainable - The goal should be based on your capacity to do things your way. Don't overload yourself with something you cannot do. It is better to make small steps and fulfill them instead of making big steps that you cannot fulfill.

Relevant - this means that it is aligned with what you are doing. Should go with the flow of your energy, lifestyle, and the way you do things common.

Time Bound - Measurable and time-bound go hand in hand, as you measure your success, it is always bounded by the time frame you require to finish each of the goals you set. Not very long and not too short.

2. Keep Learning

You need to learn and understand how the business runs. It will take a lot of learning skills here and doing it consistently. Be humble and learn from your upline. Learn from the person who introduced you to the business. Ask questions if you don't know and understand. Empty your cup. The business is a system that works, but if you don't do the right thing, it will not work well.

Keep Learning the Basic Skills:

        1. Prospecting Skills - Prospecting is a critical aspect of sales and business development. Here are some key points to consider when prospecting:
          1. Identify Your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP): Understand who your ideal customers are by analyzing demographics, firmographics, psychographics, and behavioral data. This helps you target your efforts more effectively.

          2. Utilize Multiple Channels: Don't rely solely on one channel for prospecting. Use a mix of channels such as email, phone calls, social media (LinkedIn, Twitter), networking events, referrals, and even direct mail to reach potential customers.

          3. Personalize Your Outreach: Personalization is key to standing out in a crowded marketplace. Tailor your messaging to each prospect based on their specific needs, pain points, and interests.

          4. Provide Value: Instead of immediately pitching your product or service, offer something of value to your prospects such as relevant content, industry insights, or helpful resources. This builds trust and establishes you as a knowledgeable partner.

          5. Follow Up Persistently: Research shows that it often takes multiple touchpoints before a prospect converts into a customer. Be persistent in your follow-ups but avoid being overly pushy or aggressive.

          6. Qualify Leads: Not every prospect will be a good fit for your offering. Qualify leads by assessing their budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT). Focus your efforts on prospects who are more likely to convert.

          7. Listen Actively: During conversations with prospects, listen attentively to their needs and challenges. Ask open-ended questions to uncover pain points and understand their motivations.

          8. Build Relationships: Successful sales often hinge on strong relationships. Invest time in building rapport with prospects, even if they're not ready to buy immediately. Nurturing these relationships can lead to future opportunities.

          9. Stay Organized: Use a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to keep track of your prospecting activities, follow-ups, and notes from conversations. This helps you stay organized and ensures that no leads slip through the cracks.

          10. Evaluate and Adapt: Continuously evaluate your prospecting efforts to identify what's working well and what needs improvement. Adjust your approach based on feedback and data to optimize your results over time.

        2. Invitation Skills - Inviting a prospect effectively is crucial to initiating a meaningful conversation and potentially securing their interest in your product or service. Here are some tips for crafting a compelling invitation:
          1. Personalize Your Invitation: Tailor your invitation to each prospect to show that you've done your research and understand their specific needs or challenges. Mention something relevant about their industry, company, or recent achievements to grab their attention.

          2. Focus on Value Proposition: Clearly articulate the value proposition of your product or service in your invitation. Explain how it can address a pain point or solve a problem they're facing. Highlight the benefits they stand to gain from engaging with you.

          3. Keep it Concise and Clear: Your invitation should be brief and to the point. Avoid overwhelming the prospect with too much information upfront. Clearly state the purpose of the invitation and what you hope to discuss during the conversation.

          4. Highlight Mutual Connections or Interests: If you have any mutual connections or shared interests with the prospect, mention them in your invitation. This can help establish rapport and make the invitation more personalized.

          5. Propose a Specific Date and Time: Instead of leaving the invitation open-ended, propose a specific date and time for the meeting or call. This demonstrates that you're serious about connecting with the prospect and makes it easier for them to accept or propose an alternative time.

          6. Offer Multiple Communication Options: Give the prospect the flexibility to choose their preferred method of communication, whether it's a phone call, video conference, or in-person meeting. Accommodating their preferences increases the likelihood of a positive response.

          7. Create a Sense of Urgency (if applicable): If there's a time-sensitive reason for the meeting or if the prospect stands to benefit from acting quickly, subtly convey a sense of urgency in your invitation. This can prompt them to prioritize your invitation over other commitments.

          8. End with a Clear Call-to-Action: Close your invitation with a clear call-to-action that prompts the prospect to take the next step, such as confirming the meeting time or responding with their availability. Make it easy for them to respond by providing clear instructions.

          9. Follow Up Appropriately: If you don't receive a response to your initial invitation, don't hesitate to follow up politely. Sometimes prospects get busy and may appreciate a gentle reminder. However, avoid being too persistent or aggressive in your follow-ups.

          10. Be Professional and Polite: Maintain a professional tone throughout your invitation, and always express gratitude for the prospect's time and consideration. Even if they decline the invitation, leave the door open for future opportunities by expressing your willingness to connect at a later date.

        3. Presenting Skills5 - Presenting your business to prospects effectively can significantly impact their perception and willingness to engage with you. Here are some tips for delivering a compelling business presentation:
          1. Understand Your Audience: Tailor your presentation to the specific needs, interests, and pain points of your audience. Research their industry, company, and role to ensure your presentation resonates with them.

          2. Start with a Strong Opening: Capture your prospect's attention from the beginning with a compelling opening statement or question that addresses a key challenge or opportunity they're facing. This sets the tone for the rest of the presentation.

          3. Highlight Key Benefits and Value Proposition: Clearly articulate the benefits of your product or service and how it addresses the prospect's needs or pain points. Focus on the value you can deliver and how it can help them achieve their goals.

          4. Use Visual Aids Wisely: Incorporate visuals such as slides, charts, graphs, and product demonstrations to enhance your presentation and make complex information easier to understand. However, avoid overwhelming your audience with too many visuals or text-heavy slides.

          5. Tell a Compelling Story: Frame your presentation as a narrative that illustrates how your solution has positively impacted other clients or customers. Use case studies, testimonials, and real-life examples to bring your story to life and build credibility.

          6. Be Clear and Concise: Keep your presentation concise and focused, avoiding unnecessary jargon or technical details that may confuse your audience. Stick to the most important points and communicate them clearly and succinctly.

          7. Address Objections Proactively: Anticipate potential objections or concerns your prospects may have and address them proactively during your presentation. Show empathy and provide evidence or explanations to alleviate their doubts.

          8. Engage Your Audience: Encourage interaction and engagement throughout your presentation by asking questions, soliciting feedback, and inviting discussion. This keeps your audience actively involved and helps maintain their interest.

          9. Demonstrate Expertise and Authority: Position yourself as a trusted advisor by demonstrating your expertise and authority in your field. Share relevant industry insights, trends, and best practices to showcase your knowledge and credibility.

          10. Close with a Strong Call-to-Action: Conclude your presentation with a clear call-to-action that prompts your prospects to take the next step, whether it's scheduling a follow-up meeting, requesting more information, or making a purchase decision. Make it easy for them to move forward by providing clear instructions and contact information.

          11. Follow Up Promptly: After your presentation, follow up promptly with your prospects to answer any remaining questions, address concerns, and reinforce the key points of your presentation. A timely follow-up demonstrates your commitment and keeps the momentum going.

        4. Closing Skills - Closing a deal is often the culmination of a successful sales process, but it requires finesse and strategy to seal the deal effectively. Here are some tips for closing a deal:
          1. Identify Buying Signals: Throughout the sales process, pay attention to signals from the prospect indicating their readiness to move forward. These signals could include asking about pricing, discussing implementation details, or expressing enthusiasm about your solution.

          2. Clarify Any Remaining Concerns: Before attempting to close the deal, address any remaining objections or concerns the prospect may have. Listen actively to their feedback and provide additional information or reassurance as needed to alleviate their doubts.

          3. Reinforce Value Proposition: Remind the prospect of the key benefits and value proposition of your product or service. Highlight how it addresses their specific needs and pain points, and emphasize the positive outcomes they can expect to achieve.

          4. Propose Next Steps: Clearly outline the next steps in the process, whether it's signing a contract, scheduling an implementation meeting, or arranging a trial period. Provide a clear roadmap for moving forward to help the prospect visualize the path to success.

          5. Create a Sense of Urgency: Encourage the prospect to act promptly by creating a sense of urgency. Highlight any time-sensitive factors, such as limited-time promotions, upcoming deadlines, or the potential for missed opportunities if they delay their decision.

          6. Offer Incentives or Discounts (if appropriate): In some cases, offering incentives or discounts can help incentivize the prospect to make a decision. However, use this strategy judiciously and ensure that it aligns with your business objectives and pricing strategy.

          7. Ask for the Sale: Don't be afraid to directly ask the prospect for their commitment. Use confident, assertive language to communicate your expectation that they will move forward with the deal. For example, you might say, "Based on our discussion today, it sounds like our solution is a great fit for your needs. Are you ready to move forward?"

          8. Handle Objections Gracefully: If the prospect raises any final objections or hesitations, address them calmly and respectfully. Avoid being defensive or dismissive, and instead, seek to understand their concerns and offer solutions or compromises where possible.

          9. Confirm Agreement and Recap: Once the prospect has agreed to move forward, confirm the details of the deal and recap the key points of the discussion. This ensures that both parties are aligned and reduces the risk of misunderstandings or miscommunication.

          10. Follow Up Promptly: After closing the deal, follow up promptly to provide any necessary documentation, schedule follow-up meetings, or facilitate the next steps in the process. A smooth transition from closing to implementation helps maintain momentum and reinforces a positive customer experience.

Health is Wealth! Your passion will lead you to live a healthy life to live longer, Why? The greater folly lies in suppressing your innermost desires and conforming to societal norms at the expense of your own happiness a.d fulfillment. By embracing authenticity and embracing the courage to pursue what truly matters, you should be willing to risk appearing foolish to live a life that feels genuine and meaningful.

The youth of today are our future, take advantage of investing in them. Teach them whatever valuable things you have learned in your lifetime. Keep them informed especially of those mistakes in the past that made you wise.

What are the things that you are willing and happy to do even without pay?

Perhaps money is just secondary. As long as you have fulfilled your responsibilities, living a life of Financial Freedom, you can do things that will make you even happier and fulfilled. The willingness to do even without pay.

What are the reasons why people thank you for?

Being appreciated for the efforts you made that contributes to the welfare of other people is a fulfillment.

What is the most important thing you will do if money is not an issue?

Do things further, to help without anything in return.

What are the happiest childhood moments you had?
